Agile and Lean are NOT methodologies. They are a mindset or a philosophy. If the terms keep confusing you, you probably should take the time to read this and this.

If you need the shortest possible explanation of what Agile and Lean are about, use the one I learned from Melissa Perri:

LEAN = LEARN

(It works best for Lean ;-) but you get the point).
